Poke Shuttles

We have added a line of ‘poke’ shuttles to our New Voyager offerings. The shuttles are 6", 9" and 12" long. They are made of natural, unstained rosewood, so the depth of color will vary somewhat. The range is from deep reddish mahogany to a walnut color. The finish on these shuttles looks and feels like satin, and the tips are smooth and rounded downward slightly so that they will not catch the warp. They are best used with yarns in the finer - medium range. And, of course, a poke shuttle does not allow the weft yarn to touch the warp, so these babies fly like the wind through your shed.

Each shuttle will come to you in a sealed, clear plastic envelope where you may place your price sticker without getting glue on the shuttle.
